What jobs are most affected by ChatGPT?

A new study conducted by researchers at Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania and New York University has found that telemarketers and teachers could be the most affected by the emergence of ChatGPT, a new artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

The researchers used a benchmark known as the AI Occupational Exposure to evaluate how much services like ChatGPT could disrupt different professions. The study found that telemarketers and teachers were the most vulnerable to the technology, with an AI Occupational Exposure score of 0.62 and 0.60 respectively.

The study also found that other professions such as customer service representatives, financial advisors, and sales representatives were also at risk of being replaced by ChatGPT. These professions had an AI Occupational Exposure score of 0.55, 0.54, and 0.53 respectively.

The study also found that the technology could have a positive impact on some professions, such as data scientists, software engineers, and machine learning engineers. These professions had an AI Occupational Exposure score of 0.45, 0.44, and 0.43 respectively.

The study concluded that while the technology could be disruptive to some professions, it could also create new opportunities for others. The researchers noted that the technology could be used to automate certain tasks, freeing up people to focus on more creative and innovative tasks.

Overall, the study found that ChatGPT could have a significant impact on the job market. Telemarketers and teachers are the most vulnerable to the technology, while data scientists, software engineers, and machine learning engineers could benefit from it. It is important for people to be aware of the potential impact of the technology so that they can prepare for the future.
